What the work is worth. How many nurses on a shift, where an ambulance waits, how food reaches a shelter — operations research decides with math what used to be guessed.
An ordinary day. Model complex decisions — routing, scheduling, staffing, supply — with optimization and simulation, then recommend the best option and defend it.
The path in. Bachelor's in operations research, math, engineering, or analytics; master's common.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM program test for beginners. Most career tests stop at a type. This one measures fifteen STEM working traits and eight kinds of impact, then matches the whole profile to careers and to a path from zero. A STEM program is a path to a career. Find the career that fits first, then the STEM Farm track that starts at zero and ends in that job with verified proof at every gate. A beginner needs a direction before a curriculum. The assessment is the direction; the track is the curriculum.
