Take the STEM Compass assessmentSee the STEM Farm tracks
What the assessment measures
280 items in five modules — what you love to do, how you work, fifteen STEM working traits, thirty real situations, and where you want your work to land — matched against forty careers in eight families. Then a sixth module drafts your mission, vision and values in your own words. Progress saves as you go; it is free and complete today.

Questions people ask
Is the STEM Compass assessment free?
Yes. All five modules, the mission-vision-values builder, the forty-career ranking and the printable report are open at tienesesto.org/stem-assessment. It becomes part of SHE MATTERS membership later.
How long does it take?
Plan on 45 to 70 minutes for all 280 items. Progress saves on your device after every answer, so you can stop and come back.
What happens after the result?
Each of your top careers links to the STEM Farm track that goes from zero-STEM intake to that job, and every metro and county page names the local labor market and funded pathways — WIOA training, registered apprenticeship, FAFSA.
