STEM program aptitude test for adults. Aptitude tests measure what you can do under a clock. STEM Compass measures what you would keep doing on a Saturday with nobody watching — the enjoyment that turns into skill. A STEM program is a path to a career. Find the career that fits first, then the STEM Farm track that starts at zero and ends in that job with verified proof at every gate. Adults changing direction start with the same question as at seventeen, and STEM Farm tracks start at zero with no prior STEM assumed.

The personality behind the work
- Abstract & Systems Thinking. You can hold an invisible system in your head — logic flows, data moving between parts, cause and effect you cannot see.
- Practicality. You are drawn to building functional things — physical or digital — that work in the real world.
- Detail Orientation. You remember complex facts and catch small errors before they become large ones.
- Spatial Reasoning. You picture three-dimensional objects, measurements, and physical forces easily.
- Persistence. You keep going through hours of troubleshooting. A problem that refuses to yield is a reason to stay, not a reason to leave.
- Numbers & Data Affinity. You like living in numbers, tables, and measurements; quantitative work feels natural.
- Meticulousness. You record exact notes and follow strict procedures without being told to.
