What the work is worth. Emergency dispatch, telemedicine, and remote schooling all assume the network is up. Architects build the connections a community quietly depends on.
An ordinary day. Design data communication networks — from an office to a cloud region — plan capacity, choose hardware, and keep the whole thing reliable and secure.
The path in. Bachelor's in computer science or information systems plus several years in network administration.
From zero. The STEM Farm Cybersecurity / Compliance / Risk track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.
