What the work is worth. Every engineer, nurse, and data scientist passed through a math classroom. A professor who teaches well multiplies into thousands of careers — and decides who believes they belong in STEM.
An ordinary day. Teach courses, mentor students, conduct research, publish, and serve on the committees that shape a department.
The path in. Doctorate for university positions; master's for many community-college roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM profession ideas for introverts. Ideas are cheap; fit is not. Forty careers with growth, path and an ordinary day, and an assessment that tells you which ideas are worth a year of your life. A profession is a career you stay in. The assessment measures the traits that make the daily work sustainable — not whether you can pass the first class, but whether you will still want the work at year ten. Many STEM careers reward long, uninterrupted work on one hard problem; the assessment measures collaboration and communication preference directly.
