What the work is worth. Every drug approval, census count, and election poll is only as honest as its statistician. This role is the guardian of whether a claim is true.
An ordinary day. Design studies and surveys, decide how much data is enough, analyze results with rigorous methods, and report what can and cannot be concluded.
The path in. Master's in statistics or mathematics is typical; bachelor's for some entry roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM profession explorer for veterans. Exploration without a map is wandering. The assessment gives you the map — trait profile, impact profile, top families, top careers, and the ordinary day of each. A profession is a career you stay in. The assessment measures the traits that make the daily work sustainable — not whether you can pass the first class, but whether you will still want the work at year ten. Service builds composure, meticulousness and collaboration on hard deadlines — three of the fifteen traits measured. See which careers run on what you already have.
