STEM profession compatibility test for middle school students. Compatibility is measured trait by trait: each career's score says which of your traits meet the role's demands and which the role would stretch. A profession is a career you stay in. The assessment measures the traits that make the daily work sustainable — not whether you can pass the first class, but whether you will still want the work at year ten. Middle school is when interest in STEM is decided, usually by whether the subject ever got connected to a person a student could become.
