What the work is worth. Every engineer, nurse, and data scientist passed through a math classroom. A professor who teaches well multiplies into thousands of careers — and decides who believes they belong in STEM.
An ordinary day. Teach courses, mentor students, conduct research, publish, and serve on the committees that shape a department.
The path in. Doctorate for university positions; master's for many community-college roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM profession compatibility test for beginners. Compatibility is measured trait by trait: each career's score says which of your traits meet the role's demands and which the role would stretch. A profession is a career you stay in. The assessment measures the traits that make the daily work sustainable — not whether you can pass the first class, but whether you will still want the work at year ten. A beginner needs a direction before a curriculum. The assessment is the direction; the track is the curriculum.
