What the work is worth. Every engineer, nurse, and data scientist passed through a math classroom. A professor who teaches well multiplies into thousands of careers — and decides who believes they belong in STEM.
An ordinary day. Teach courses, mentor students, conduct research, publish, and serve on the committees that shape a department.
The path in. Doctorate for university positions; master's for many community-college roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM pathway finder. A finder that starts with the person, not the job list. Answer the modules and get a ranked set of careers, each with growth, education path, an ordinary day, and the STEM Farm track from zero. A pathway has a start, a direction and a destination. The assessment gives the direction; the career pages give the destination; the STEM Farm track gives the start.
