A path has a start, a direction and a destination. The assessment gives the direction, the career pages the destination, and the STEM Farm track the start at zero. Forty STEM occupations with BLS 2024–34 growth, the traits each runs on, an ordinary day, and the path in — matched to your profile instead of listed alphabetically. A college student can still change direction cheaply; a graduate cannot. Fit before the major is declared is worth a semester.
