What the work is worth. Every engineer, nurse, and data scientist passed through a math classroom. A professor who teaches well multiplies into thousands of careers — and decides who believes they belong in STEM.
An ordinary day. Teach courses, mentor students, conduct research, publish, and serve on the committees that shape a department.
The path in. Doctorate for university positions; master's for many community-college roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM major path without a degree. A path has a start, a direction and a destination. The assessment gives the direction, the career pages the destination, and the STEM Farm track the start at zero. A STEM major is a four-year bet on a career you have not met yet. Find the career family that fits your profile first; the major follows from the education path on each career page. Web, software, security, data and technician roles open through certificates, apprenticeships and portfolios; the STEM Farm track assumes no degree.
