What the work is worth. Every engineer, nurse, and data scientist passed through a math classroom. A professor who teaches well multiplies into thousands of careers — and decides who believes they belong in STEM.
An ordinary day. Teach courses, mentor students, conduct research, publish, and serve on the committees that shape a department.
The path in. Doctorate for university positions; master's for many community-college roles.
From zero. The STEM Farm Data / Analytics / AI Operations track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM fields personality test without a degree. Personality is not a type; it is a profile on fifteen traits. The assessment reports yours and shows exactly which trait carried each match and which would stretch you. Eight STEM fields, eight trait signatures. The assessment scores you on all fifteen traits and shows which fields are already yours before you commit to a major or a program. Web, software, security, data and technician roles open through certificates, apprenticeships and portfolios; the STEM Farm track assumes no degree.
