STEM fields match for students. A match is a number you can explain: the weighted gap between the traits a role runs on and the traits you scored. No hidden model, no letter code. Eight STEM fields, eight trait signatures. The assessment scores you on all fifteen traits and shows which fields are already yours before you commit to a major or a program. Students choose classes, majors and programs years before they meet the daily work of a career; this shows the ordinary day first.
