A list is only useful with a way to choose from it. Every career here carries its trait signature, growth, education path and ordinary day — and the assessment ranks them for you. Eight STEM fields, eight trait signatures. The assessment scores you on all fifteen traits and shows which fields are already yours before you commit to a major or a program. Hispanic workers are about 19% of the labor force and about 1.2% of software developers. The path in exists in every county; this names it.
