STEM fields compatibility test for middle school students. Compatibility is measured trait by trait: each career's score says which of your traits meet the role's demands and which the role would stretch. Eight STEM fields, eight trait signatures. The assessment scores you on all fifteen traits and shows which fields are already yours before you commit to a major or a program. Middle school is when interest in STEM is decided, usually by whether the subject ever got connected to a person a student could become.

The personality behind the work
- Abstract & Systems Thinking. You can hold an invisible system in your head — logic flows, data moving between parts, cause and effect you cannot see.
- Practicality. You are drawn to building functional things — physical or digital — that work in the real world.
- Detail Orientation. You remember complex facts and catch small errors before they become large ones.
- Spatial Reasoning. You picture three-dimensional objects, measurements, and physical forces easily.
- Persistence. You keep going through hours of troubleshooting. A problem that refuses to yield is a reason to stay, not a reason to leave.
- Numbers & Data Affinity. You like living in numbers, tables, and measurements; quantitative work feels natural.
- Meticulousness. You record exact notes and follow strict procedures without being told to.
