What the work is worth. The power grid, medical devices, electric vehicles, and every phone in every pocket are electrical engineering. This work is the nervous system of the modern world.
An ordinary day. Design circuits, power systems, sensors, and control systems; build and test prototypes; diagnose why a system does not behave as designed.
The path in. Bachelor's in electrical or electronics engineering.
From zero. The STEM Farm Energy / Utilities / Environmental Technology track starts at zero-STEM intake and ends in this kind of work, with verified proof at every gate.

STEM fields aptitude test for beginners. Aptitude tests measure what you can do under a clock. STEM Compass measures what you would keep doing on a Saturday with nobody watching — the enjoyment that turns into skill. Eight STEM fields, eight trait signatures. The assessment scores you on all fifteen traits and shows which fields are already yours before you commit to a major or a program. A beginner needs a direction before a curriculum. The assessment is the direction; the track is the curriculum.

The personality behind the work
- Abstract & Systems Thinking. You can hold an invisible system in your head — logic flows, data moving between parts, cause and effect you cannot see.
- Practicality. You are drawn to building functional things — physical or digital — that work in the real world.
- Detail Orientation. You remember complex facts and catch small errors before they become large ones.
- Spatial Reasoning. You picture three-dimensional objects, measurements, and physical forces easily.
- Persistence. You keep going through hours of troubleshooting. A problem that refuses to yield is a reason to stay, not a reason to leave.
- Numbers & Data Affinity. You like living in numbers, tables, and measurements; quantitative work feels natural.
- Meticulousness. You record exact notes and follow strict procedures without being told to.
