STEM careers explorer: personality first, then purpose — for students

Exploration without a map is wandering. The assessment gives you the map — trait profile, impact profile, top families, top careers, and the ordinary day of each. STEM careers span eight families and forty roles, and the daily work differs more than it shares. A civil engineer and a statistician have almost nothing in common at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday. Students choose classes, majors and programs years before they meet the daily work of a career; this shows the ordinary day first.
