A STEM career is forty different jobs pretending to be one word. Software, data, engineering, health, research, mathematics, security and earth science each run on a different mix of the fifteen working traits the assessment measures. Students choose classes, majors and programs years before they meet the daily work of a career; this shows the ordinary day first.
