Engineering career compatibility test for introverts. Compatibility is measured trait by trait: each career's score says which of your traits meet the role's demands and which the role would stretch. Engineering rewards practicality about what works in the real world, spatial reasoning about objects and forces, and collaboration inside large teams on hard deadlines. Many STEM careers reward long, uninterrupted work on one hard problem; the assessment measures collaboration and communication preference directly.

The personality behind the work
- Abstract & Systems Thinking. You can hold an invisible system in your head — logic flows, data moving between parts, cause and effect you cannot see.
- Practicality. You are drawn to building functional things — physical or digital — that work in the real world.
- Detail Orientation. You remember complex facts and catch small errors before they become large ones.
- Spatial Reasoning. You picture three-dimensional objects, measurements, and physical forces easily.
- Persistence. You keep going through hours of troubleshooting. A problem that refuses to yield is a reason to stay, not a reason to leave.
- Numbers & Data Affinity. You like living in numbers, tables, and measurements; quantitative work feels natural.
- Meticulousness. You record exact notes and follow strict procedures without being told to.
