Database career assessment. An assessment is only as good as what it measures: activities you would enjoy, your working style, fifteen traits, thirty real situations, and where you want your work to land. Database administration and architecture reward detail, meticulousness, numbers affinity, abstraction and composure. Records only matter if they are there when needed and never lost.
