Data analytics career quiz. A quiz should do more than sort you into a label. STEM Compass asks 280 questions and scores you against forty real careers with real BLS growth numbers. Analytics is data science with a decision attached. It rewards the person who asks what a chart really measures before believing it, and who can explain the answer to someone with no training.

Questions people ask
How is a "data analytics career quiz" different from a personality type test?
A type test gives you a label. STEM Compass gives you a profile on fifteen working traits and eight kinds of impact, then a directional match against each career — a number you can explain, not a letter code.
Does it cost anything?
No. The full assessment is open at tienesesto.org/stem-assessment, and every result links to a STEM Farm track that starts from zero.
