Coding career path. A path has a start, a direction and a destination. The assessment gives the direction, the career pages the destination, and the STEM Farm track the start at zero. A coding career runs on persistence through hours of troubleshooting and abstract thinking about systems you cannot see. The assessment measures both directly — before you spend a year learning to find out.
