What the engine does
Student signals flow into the engine; a governed decision layer scores three problem classes — mindset, leadership, and scholarship routing — and actions are taken only when thresholds say they're safe and beneficial. Consistency hardens into a rising competency score. Drift is monitored continuously. Nothing publishes until it's verified.
Why "governed" matters
Districts must show evidence. Philanthropy is moving to pay-for-outcomes. A platform that only executes provably-good actions and publishes verified milestones is a platform a compliance office and a funder can both sign. That is the moat — and the provisional patent covers the architecture: the behavior engine, the verification gates, the anti-gentrification loop, and the city-scale economics.
What we refuse to do
